This hotel looks nothing like the photos. It’s filthy the minute you walk in. Graffiti in the elevators and on the building. I had nats flying out of the sink in the bathroom and the shower didn’t work. There’s nothing close by for food. Do NOT listen to the good reviews it’s not true! I’ll never stay here again!!

The property looks nothing like the photos. There’s graffiti in the elevators. When I walked in the hotel it was filthy and does not seem to be in a good area. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Decent location with stores and restaurants within 10 minute drive. Felt safe and staff was nice. Housekeeping was great but couch and seat were stained when we arrived. Doors would get stuck and wouldnt ppen and keycarsld entry wouldnt work sometimes....would take a few tries. Overall good stay for the price.

Our room was very nice and clean. But the elevator was a mess and the hallway smelled funny. Breakfast was nice and the lady was quickly refilling the items on the buffet.

Our room was dirty. Some kind of sticky goop on the floor. The toilet handle was broken and difficult to use. While searching for a to turn off the decorative light over the head of the bed, I ran my hand through a THICK layer of dust on the top of it. The full-length mirror was very dirty. There was a pair of men’s underwear on the ground at the entrance to the hotel.

The pictures they use for advertising are a lot nicer than the actual rooms. Breakfast was nothing crazy, cereal, apples and eggs with sausage every morning. I know better than nothing but no variety what so ever.

The room was a nice size. The bed was a little soft and made my hip hurt. We had to ask for bedding for the kids even though the reservation was for 4. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were all nice and helpful. There were two women at the front desk each evening though who obviously felt inconvenienced if you asked for anything. They literally told us they were going to give us a different room when we asked for a plunger. This location is close to things we wanted to do and the pool is open. Until 10pm.
