A perfect business trip apartment
Clean. Quiet. Convenient. Located 1 block from the train station providing convenient access to the entire city, including DFW airport and the convention center. Due to a late flight, I was apprehensive about checking in by phone after midnight, but Mary was reassuring with her communication leading up to my trip and fast to get me checked in and into the apartment upon my arrival. A wonderful, affordable stay in downtown Dallas. As a bonus, there is a US Post Office and a UPS store within about 2 blocks for any needs! Thanks!

The condo is located in a very convenient location. It was easy to walk anywhere you wanted to go! We had a great time and felt very safe in and out of the building. The condo was clean and cozy too!

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice modern apartment. The only thing that was a negative is it need’s blackout curtain and sound machine. There is a flock of birds that tweet all morning. BUT, don’t let that steer you from not renting. It is a great place and great location! Owner super friendly.

A very enjoyable condo
We enjoyed our anniversary and holiday get-away to Dallas staying in this cozy condo. We enjoyed the cleanliness, spaciousness and quietness of the condo even though located in the heart of downtown. We liked that it was within walking distance to attractions and good, local restaurants/cafe's. We appreciated the ease of the check-in, check-out process, with detailed instructions. We would highly recommend staying in this cozy condo while visiting Dallas.

Great stay
I stayed here for a work trip rather than a hotel. It was cheaper than staying at the hotel where the conference was and was a quiet, clean property. I was able to buy food the the week and store/cook it when needed. I used the gym on the first floor in the mornings to work out. The washer and dryer in the bathroom was a nice amenity to have. I was able to wash my clothes before returning home. I would definitely stay here again. Ms. Knight was pleasant to speak with and answered all my questions promptly.

Perfect location
This unit was just as advertised. The location was perfect! It was walking distance to most of the downtown sights, nightlife and restaurants. The check in process was seamless and the host was responsive to any questions we had. Unfortunately the pool was not opened for most of our 4 day stay but we did get out there one afternoon and it was beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
