Front desk was not welcoming. The room looked clean, but the sheets were dirty. I could tell they hadn’t been washed because I saw stains, strands of hair and a false eyelash. When I told the front desk, I was informed that I had to change the sheets myself. It was difficult and I didn’t think it was right to make a customer change their own sheets as soon as they check in.
