“We booked this last minute on our travels home. We needed a place for the night after a long day of driving. We didn’t thoroughly read the reviews before since it was a last minute booking - we probably should have. We arrived to no one at the front desk. There was a sign that said to call if we needed help. We called and the attendant said he would be right back.
