“As an older person I'm not computer savvy and I was treated like I was stupid and the staff was very rude. Also I paid cash for my puppy, then I was told that I needed to have my card swiped for my puppy, but I wouldn't be charged again it's just policy rules,we'll I don't have the 50 dollars cash they took for my puppy and my debit card was charged so I was double charged and they refused to give me back my 50 in cash that I paid . I'll never stay at any of there hotels ever”

“It was simply a nice place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood.
The only thing we didn’t like about it was the city water, it had a horrible smell and the taste was awful. Need to have bottles of water or some type of water filter system.”
