“Older property. AC unit is very loud. Lots of imperfections covered in paint and musty. Check in was weird, I scanned the QR code and then the front desk person came out when I was done and had to do the process all over again.”

“As an older person I'm not computer savvy and I was treated like I was stupid and the staff was very rude. Also I paid cash for my puppy, then I was told that I needed to have my card swiped for my puppy, but I wouldn't be charged again it's just policy rules,we'll I don't have the 50 dollars cash they took for my puppy and my debit card was charged so I was double charged and they refused to give me back my 50 in cash that I paid . I'll never stay at any of there hotels ever”

“Needed a place to sleep, so it met that need. Room needed some TLC-toilet seat broken, bathroom lightbulb out, chipped paint, hallway had a moist smell. Worked for what we needed but glad we didn’t have to stay longer.”
