I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now. It is really nice…clean, quiet, and w good accessibility to the UW campus by foot. Also there is a Starbucks attached! My only recommendation would be to somehow allow streaming from your personal devices onto the TVs in the rooms as there are limited channel options.
