“Our room was not ready after 8pm when we arrived to check in. They then stated it was and we checked and it still wasn't. We left and went elsewhere.”

“The hotel was pretty nice, the Wave restaurant in particular was awesome. The indoor pool felt a bit dated, but my kids still enjoyed it. The outdoor pool was super nice and we spent a decent amount of time there. The grounds were very well maintained and the views of the lake were spectacular of course. The staff was pleasant enough for the most part. We were just a bit disappointed with our room, it felt relatively small and dated, however it wasn't really where we spent most of our time, so……
