“Vi havde et godt spa ophold med fred og god service. Dog var det lige forvirrende, hvordan vi fik adgang til spa området. Hotellet slår sig op som spa hotel, men det skal tilkøbes inden ankomst. Det samme gælder forskellige behandlinger. Det fremgik ikke tydeligt på hotels.com og da vi ringede derom dagen inden ankomst, virkede de irriterede i receptionen. De henviste til spa afdelingen - som om hotel og spa ikke var den samme virksomhed. Badeværelses døren bandt og var svær at lukke.”

“The room is equipped with basic facilities but is fairly comfortable. The toilet is a bit small and with only a non-separated shower, but it is overall clean and tidy. “This hotel was reasonably priced and only a short cab ride from the airport. Supposedly it is a walkable distance, about a mile from the airport, but it was raining and dark and I had a big suitcase to lug. The room was perfectly adequate, though the facilities seem a tad run down.
Definitely get the breakfast buffet. It was amazing!”

“we've booked two same suite but at the end the hotel gave us one ensuite and one smaller room
the charge of the room are the same which we are very disappointed with this but they hotel said they don't have other room for us.
the kitchen supplies was not enough, there is no spoon / folks / knife in one of our room and I requested for it but never deliver to us.
the so call "room cleaning" service is not daily. they will not clean the bathroom bin / take your rubbish everyday.
