The staff are amazing all friendly, cheery and helpful. The hotel has a nice homely feel to it, with a mix of modern and traditional styles. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are clean and spacious. As for the food it is delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

Where do we begin? We arrived at the hotel, and the staff was courteous and very accommodating. Lunch and dinner at the hotel was exquisite, the room was clean and immaculately appointed, and our night’s sleep was peaceful. The Sherbrooke is a hidden gem, and we will tell anyone who visits Glasgow to stay there! Thank you all for such a marvelous stay.

I have honestly never stayed in such a shabby hotel. The standards were way below average. Dirty, old, smelly and so outdated I doubt it's been decorated since the mid 80s. The only saving grace was the livelychap from Hungary on reception who did his best to help. I cant say the same for the receptionist ...
