The rooms are very neat and spacious

The room was clean and very comfortable.

The facility is clean and well maintained, plenty of parking and well located. I was given a handicap room and it is was very dark with false windows and frosted glass and dim light behind the glass. There was 1 lamp and bed lights, but that was not sufficient to provide adequate light for this room. The TV remote did not work, they replaced it but then the TV would not turn off, it had to be unplugged. The bathroom was awkward, no vanity and the toilet paper roll would not stay in the holder. The bed was comfortable, I stayed 1 night and it was OK. My room allocation was the only problem, it was not relaxing or comfortable, other rooms may be better.

staff was great. Convenient location. the floor in our room was filthy. like my feet were gross from walking around the room. bed was clean and comfy but the floors were beyond needing to be cleaned.

The mattresses are super hard, I got no sleep and in the morning felt like I was run over by a truck. Not comfortable. The room was decent, we only stayed one night so we dealt with it fine. If they get softer beds I would consider staying here again.
