"My dog, Moon, and I had a wonderful, peaceful time at this rental this summer! This cabin is well-designed in a compact, very comfortable space. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals and the dining table has a wonderful view of Dark Cove. It was warm enough while I was there to eat breakfast and lunch out on the lakeside deck. We used the air conditioning when it became too hot. The bathroom shower is a full tub-sized shower, which is unusually spacious for a northern Maine camp! One day, I took a relaxing paddle around the island in one of the kayaks provided. My favorite part of our stay, however, was the neighborhood loon, who came by at least once a day to fish out front and occasionally serenade with a familiar loon yodel! I would highly recommend this rental. It is attached to a large family house behind it, but there was no one there during the time I rented, so it was very quiet."

"Amazing location and property, so peaceful and the lake is beautiful, so nice and warm to swim in. We loved the quiet and the serenity of the area and the no WiFi nor cell service was a blessing as we really got to connect."

"Great property for multiple generations. Lots of fishing, swimming, boating, paddle boarding and kayaking. Also side by side. I wish we could have stayed longer. Next year!"
