First, let's just make it clear that this property is for families. It was clean and the staff was amazing, especially Elisandra, Luna, and Kimberly. They have a rental car service on the property, and they provide shuttle transportation to beaches and town. The only thing i would have to complain about is the food menu needs to be changed. They kind of serve the same things for breakfast and dinner. Even though it's a family environment. to liven up the place a little some type of music should be played during the day. Other than that, is a great place to stay.

The staff was very welcoming. I love that the resort is quiet & family-oriented. It's also nice & clean. I'm from the Caribbean so I love that the food gave me that vibe; everything was full of flavor. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the bed; they joined two single mattresses to make a king so you keep rolling in the middle, creating a hole there which can cause back pain.

Likes: Good food, but not enough selection for vegetarians, though there’s always a salad bar. The pizza was delicious! The staff is phenomenal and friendly! The resort itself is well landscaped and well lit. There are many nice things to do at the property - the robot bar, swings, live music, etc. It's really good value for a vacation, and we had a great time! Dislikes: Service can be slow, ants in the room, weak drinks, quiet hours not observed. Our room overlooked the dining area, which had seating around it. People stayed up late and were loud. People also started early and were loud. Rooms farther away from this would be better. LOTS of children, especially on the weekend. While I'm sure profitable for the hotel, the day pass guests create a lot of noise and crowding.

The suite was exceptional. We loved the spaciousness and the terrace outside the apartment was very pleasant. The gym was well stocked with new equipment. The property is well-maintained. Ideal for families with children. However the food was below par. Maybe something for vegetarians or those who don't eat meat?

The property was huge and really aesthetically pleasing however here are a few issues we had. 1. No bottle water available, they gave us two waters when we arrived and that was it. 2. Limited food options. It was more or less the same thing being served everyday 3. Limited drink options. Very limited for an all inclusive package.

Es un lugar muy bonito para estar en familia, diversión para todos, la comida está bien aunque la variedad es poca. Es poco amigable con el medio ambiente, utilizan mucho plástico. En algunos momentos había poco personal para la cantidad de huéspedes lo cual resulta en esperas largas para pedir algo de tomar. El bar Robot es genial como novedad, pésimo como servicio.
