“This place seems to be unfinished. We stayed here and we have lots of bags and a baby in a stroller. This place is not accessible as it only has one tiny elevator that can only hold 3 person max. But you have to take stairs into the building and stairs down to get the elevator to the room. The room doors are external and the walk to the room is dark with motion lights. The “hotel” is surrounded by abandoned or dilapidated buildings so it feels creepy and unsafe. The people running this place do……

“House was very dirty, no heat, kitchen cabinets and drawers all broken and filthy, mold in the refrigerator, bathroom fixtures broken, shower clogged. Property manager didnt address any of the issues, refused to bring additional wood for chimney and blankets, didn’t even come when power went out because of storm. Property manager attempted to come in the house with vendors to install cinema system during our stay, Very rude, unprofessional and cheap.”

“Staff was very nice. We had to wait as room wasn’t ready at two pm ( check in time)”

“The property is very clean and the location is perfect. The room with the sea view is amazing. The receptionists are very kind, helpful and very hospitable. There a lot of good restaurants around the area.”

“We were checked in by a lovely lady. She was kind, efficient and thorough. Our room wasn't quite ready so she allowed us to wait in their lobby for 15 minutes before being allowed to go to our apartment. Despite knowing that we were a 4 person group, the apartment was set up for 2. We had to ask for extra bedding for the pull out bed and. In addition to this, the kitchen was a miss mash of different things. There were not 4 of everything (cups, bowls, plates, cutlery) despite the room being……

“Zimmer sind sauber, aber es ist extrem lärmig. Die Umgebung ist nicht sonderlich ansprechend. Handtücher gibt es nur auf Verlangen und es muss öfters nach der Reinigung nach neuen Handtüchern gefragt werden. Bei meinem Aufenthalt gab es zudem Bauarbeiten. Werde ich sicher nicht empfehlen.”
