“This hotel is essentially a rural guesthouse. Without pick-up and drop-off services, it would be very inconvenient. Thanks to the host for the airport pick-up service at 3 a.m. However, I forgot to specify it was a triple room when booking, even though I paid for three beds. Upon check-out, the host asked for an additional $20. Please be aware of this.”

“At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest……

“I finally found the piece of paper with names of people to thank at the front desk. I had a problem charging my phone and the following people actually lent me their own chargers for an hour or two: one time in the evening and one time in the morning. Thanks to Mohammed (and Yasmine) and Abderrahmane! Thanks again to the terrific front desk staff! You help me a lot with the lending of the phone charger and you and me feel welcomed at the hotel. The only issues that I did not know about is that……

“I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. ”
