“Didn't get the check-in info from the innkeeper. Lovely facility, but we were on our own. ”

“The staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a good place to have a dog. However, our cabin we were given were attached to the public laundry and restrooms/showers. We heard ever shower taken and knocking on doors, using the restrooms at all hours. Was very disappointed we were assigned that room for three nights.”

“Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Deck on the river great. Gap in window screens prevented opening windows. Outside deck chairs rickety, wobbly and low to the ground while table height was shoulder height. Check-in difficult, I didn’t realize I had to do it on expedia. Never did complete the check-in process.”

“The renovated rooms were very nice. Bathrooms were unfortunately very small but other than that the stay was great and staff was very friendly.”

“When my husband checked into his room the bed was made but there was an empty pizza box left in the fridge so that tells me the room wasn’t throughly cleaned! We will never stay there again it’s gone down hill!”

“This is a nice, older hotel. Pool and hot tub are nice. Room is clean, nothing fancy. The restaurant next door is really good. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if ever back in Hamilton.”

“Cabin and surrounding areas were clean. Staff was friendly. I would say if you are going in the summer beware the cabins do not have AC. Also, because the cabin was warm we had the windows open. The people at the bar were very loud until about 1:30 am. Bring ear plugs!”
