This is a good budget hotel for those staying just a night or two in Davao. Bed and pillows are comfy, the room is dark at night thanks to good curtains and pretty clean. It's basic, so nothing fancy here. There is a hot water carafe, cable TV and good Wifi. They have a small parking lot, but it's tight. The area around the hotel has a Robinsons ( 1 min. walk) a good pizzeria, 7-11, etc. The location is very good. I'll stay here again.

The room is a typical size for a budget hotel in Europe or the US and for the price and location near a mall, convience store, and a pizza place. Its great! The room also had a good tv that worked well which i haven't seen often in the Philippines. Definitely recommended as a place to go if you want to stay in Davao and sleep in a clean and convenient place.

Great Staff But Cleanliness Needs Attention

The staff were courteous, friendly, and very polite. There’s however, an issue with maintenance and cleanliness. The grout between the tiles on the floor and the shower walls look dirty and moldy especially the soap holder inside the shower. At first glance your first comment will be “ewe” instead of nice or wow! The simple remedy would be to clean the grout with toothbrush and bleach! It’s very simple yet effective.

I stayed for 6 days. The good - The staff was awesome! Very friendly, were there to answer questions and to advise me on local events. Everyone spoke english well. The hotel and the room were clean. The not so good - The rooms are fairly small. Like they are really just for sleeping. If you want to do anything besides shower and sleep.. you're going to find it challenging. A few days I had to do remote work from the room and it wasnt very suitable. There is no table or chairs .. just the bed. the only other thing...I saw someone else mentioned this .. the shower tiles were squishy like they had standing water under them...and no shower door so the water from the shower goes all over the bathroom floor. Oh and the honking from the traffic .. wait at 3 am there was no traffic...but still the honking.
