“The resort was clean, and the views were beautiful. However, one major disappointment was that guests are not allowed to swim at the beach after 6:00 PM. Since the weather during the day can be extremely hot, many people would prefer to enjoy the beach later in the evening when it’s cooler. The biggest letdown, though, was the food. “The pool wasn't working. They should at least notify the future guests before their stay or offer a discount. We were hoping to spend some quality time in the pool because of the weather, but we had to go to other resorts and spend extra money to enjoy one. “Well.... it has a very nice pool. Expect to feel ignored, unimportant, and at times in the way. This place could be very nice, they just need to fix their attitude and realize who's actually paying to stay there. In the hands of another top tier hotel, this could be a fabulous place to stay. We had to change rooms becuase the beachfront cabana at the botton of the hillside was hardly a good room. kids were looking in our window as soon as we arrived, workers hanging out on the outside leaning against or desk railing as soonas we woke.There are random dogs wandering.
