Perfect family vacation Home
"Me and my family do an annual Florida trip and this Joe was perfect for everyone. Every room has their own bathroom, very clean and spacious. We had a minor issue with the pool but the owner was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. Will definitely book again in the future. Thank you"

"Our family stay was absolutely wonderful. The check in process was very easy and the host at the gate was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the area. Each time I contacted the host there was a immediate response. Would recommend this area to everyone."

"We had an amazing week. Franka was great to communicate with and the house was a perfect size for our family and dogs. We’ll definitely be back!The community pool and center was close by and very nice!"

Big potential, disappointing home
"On checking in to the villa we noted numerous problems. The air conditioning did not work until a repairman was sent days later; the spa/pool did not heat, leaving us with cold pool for days. I am still waiting for a refund of the 25 per day pool heat surcharge. Towels and pillows were very worn ..."

"The home was very spacious and accommodating. All of the bedrooms have bathrooms in the room. Beautiful pool home.
