The hot tub works as well as all other amenities. There's definitely room for 12+ people. It's within walking distance to the slopes and because the road is paved, you could get away with a front wheel drive vehicle. The driveway can be difficult to maneuver if you don't angle your vehicle right but plenty of parking space. You don't have access to the garage but you don't need it honestly. All in all a great location anytime of year!
