Guests can easily access world-class mountain biking trails and are only minutes from the art galleries and Purple Fiddle in Thomas, skiing at Timberline Mountain, Blackwater Falls State Park, Canaan Valley and the Monongahela National Forrest.
This four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sits serenely along the Blackwater River, is right in downtown Davis!
Stow your bikes, or skis after your wild & wonderful adventuring through the vast trails in this vibrant mountain town.
Enjoy a gourmet dinner in the modern kitchen equipped with the basics you will need, including quality cookware, and knife set. Enjoy fresh filtered water right from the sink.
Enjoy an evening by the fire, listening to your favorite music on the sound system. Feel more at home streaming your favorite movies or memories on the Frame TV

Construction will be taking place on a neighboring house, 2 doors down, through May 2025\. And on the next block through September, though this will be less impactful. Construction takes place during regular business hours of 8am-6pm.

This is a lovely property with a beautiful river view that is convenient to local attractions. Morning coffee on the deck was a fabulous way to start the day. The new home is loaded with comfortable features, and the managing realtor was friendly and responsive.
