“This is a cool old southern house. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We were visiting a relative that lives in town and this was close by and just as affordable as the motels in town. We had the bridal suite, which was spacious. There were 2 things that could be improved upon, but are minor issues. 1: Shower water pressure was low 2: The door to the room stuck very hard and you made a bunch of noise trying to open or close it, Luckily there were no other guests in the house……

“We traveled into town for a student session and were so grateful to find "Close Quarters", especially since we didn’t want our student having to travel upwards of 45 minutes to an hour to the nearest hotel with a conference room. This space was the perfect solution.We had a wonderful experience at "Close Quarters", the charming one-bedroom studio located in the historic First National Bank right on the town square. It fit our purpose perfectly.We used the space for a small student session, and……

“Our host Joshua was friendly and very responsive, and the unit itself was lovely. We were quite disappointed however that the pool was not at all heated and that was one of the primary reasons we booked this property. The hot tub was working so at least we had that, but it was also strange that at night there were absolutely NO lights whatsoever in the pool or hot tub area so it was pitch black when we tried to go at night (even though signs said pool area was open until 10pm). “The house wasn't really ready for guest. The fridge was dirty and had opened food ( like cream cheese ) plus multiple containers with food on it.The fan on master was really dirty. The beds were no made right. We slept on top of the covers. Each bedroom had 1 or 2 windows, that didn't have any kind of privacy , no curtains , no blinds. My 14 years old was scared to sleep at night and people can see her from the side of the house. Wasn't any papers with WIFI info even though the house advertise……
