"For the cost this is an excellent motel. At £35/night for a single room it is a third of the cost of other budget hotels in this area. Ok so its not the Ritz but its also priced realisticallyfor what it offers. "

"Excellent customer service and beautiful rooms with hot water and decent water pressure. TV didn't seem to get a signal, but the wifi was good. There is fresh milk for your tea or coffee downstairs, but there wasn't quite enough for the multiple cups I drink in a day ;). A bottle of water in-room would be great, there were some refillable bottles of water near the fridge with the milk downstairs, but it smelled a bit musty when I opened it, so I just used tap, which seemed fine.
There aren't any nearby grocers and the buses are not regular, so come prepared with non-perishable snacks, bottled water, instant soups, etc. for when the cafe is not open (no fridges or microwaves) a bit of a trek to local pubs, though all of the nearby pubs are lovely.
Great for someone with a car, a bit of extra planning needed if you're bus-bound. Ask pubs about local, trusted taxi services and what your fees *should* be as uber does not really work here (the app says it does, but I assure you, you will wait an hour+ and the fees will be insane).
Make sure you research any day trips and the bus schedules in advance."

"First the bad things. You have to register with Truvi for a damage waiver. That costs either £10 or £40. 'Parking Available' means parking on a fairly busy road. Entrance to the property is via a metal staircase which is treacherous when wet. The bed is very small.
Good things. Property is clean, well equipped, and very quiet. It's also above a Co-op shop which is very convenient. It's also handy for High-Wycombe and the M40.
All in all it's ok, but feels a little expensive. "
"Our stay at the Cherry Tree was a comfortable stay for a business trip. The checking in system was efficient and the notifications from the owners were received in a timely manner and were very helpful and friendly in manner. We will definitely consider staying again on future business trips."
