"Best kept secret in Dayton. Miss Ashley & her staff run a tight ship. Breakfast is always delicious (my favorite is the cheese-filled sausage) and the staff is accommodating. Our daughter was in Kettering for her summer Nursing externship and this was our go-to hotel every time we were in town. Great location!"

"This is a newer hotel which is located in a very nice, safe area. The facility was in pristine condition. The room was impeccably clean. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever seen. The bathrooms are large with glass shower doors and lighted mirrors. Beds were very comfortable with fluffy (not flat) pillows and soft blankets. There was a very large desk with ample wall outlets. There was also a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker near the closet. Breakfast was typical hotel style, but with rice, miso soup and delicious berry smoothie. Employees were kind and greeted us in the hallways or when leaving/arriving. There are numerous restaurants, mall, theater & bowling literally across the parking lot within walking distance."

"The only concern was it was easy to hear noise from the room above you. I would suggest getting a room on the 3rd floor. The room I was in was mostly updated. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. A lot of military there for classes."

"Menu at restaurant was a little limited. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were excellent. The mattresses were a little firm for my liking. Counter staff could not have been better. Extremely helpful and courteous . Parking was good and access was good."

"Perfect for last minute bookings, the beds were super comfortable. The couple working the front were so sweet and helpful. The location seemed a little sketchy but honestly it was all around a great last minute booking for b an amazing price. They treated my fiance and his service dog with the most respect ive ever seen."
