We had to switch rooms 1 time because the fridge didnt work but they were very accommodating. Wheh we got to the next room the microwave didnt work but we had already pulled back the blankets before we figured it out so we coulnt switch rooms. However the man at the desk that night unlocked the kitchen downstairs so we could make our dinner still. The beds are comfortable. The pool was nice. I would definitely stay here again because although it wasnt perfect the customer service was outstanding. Plus the breakfast was yummy. :)

No remote in my room. I nearly had to beg for a TV remote Bathroom was dirty with other people’s hair all over the floor I was charged through Expedia and the hotel charged me for the room separately. This place worse than a Motel 6. Disorganized and unkept.
