Just 45 mins from Chattanooga and 2.5hrs from Nashville and Atlanta. This beautiful luxury tiny home comes with all the amenities you’re looking for! The primary bedroom boasts amazing river and mountain views, all for you to enjoy from the comfort of the heavenly queen adjustable bed! The full sized kitchen comes with all the appliances and supplies you need to cook amazing meals throughout your stay. The picturesque living room includes a pull out sofa with gel foam mattress, two 360 degree swivel chairs, large flat screen TV with streaming services, sound bar, and plenty of movies and games. The home is complete with two all weather patios with geourgous views along with comfortable seating, outdoor fans, and lighting. Throughout your stay, access the 300 acre ranch with 7 catch and release ponds, hiking, biking and ATV off road trails. The property also includes an open air barn and plenty of scenic picnic spots. There is bountiful wildlife at your doorstep with deer, fox, turkey, and a variety of birds including our resident Bald Eagles! The property is also a working cattle ranch. All animals are wild and are wonderful to look at, but are not pets! We decided to make a long weekend out of it. We picked the location because it was close to the venue and because it was private. We enjoyed the morning sunrises with coffee and the quiet. The moon rises with a drink was a great way to end the days. We didn’t realize how far restaurants and grocery stores were, and decided we would definitely bring groceries if we had to do it all over so we could cook for ourselves. My husband and I came down from Indiana for a wedding in Georgetown, and Natalie was an incredible host and truly thought of everything to make our stay welcoming, cozy, and well-stocked! From the fluffy towels and extra tolietry supplies in the bathroom to keeping sunscreen, bug spray, and coffee stocked, my husband and I found everything and more waiting for us! The property and view are gorgeous. You have two porches with comfy chairs, pillows, and mosquito candles, so we enjoyed our time out there watching the wildlife in the meadow. Natalie knew we were arriving late Friday night, so she kindly put the lights on for us. She was incredible with her quick messaging and promptly had someone come check on us when we had a little water issue that was resolved immediately by her and her team. We were well-cared for, felt very welcomed and cozy, and absolutely enjoyed the beautiful property!
