"Delicious food, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. This has the whole package. Had loads of fun staying here. Had some problems with the bill payment but the staff went the extra mile to help me through the process. The owner is a fantastic man. My go-to place for whenever I return to Thimphu for sure!"

"This is a brand new hotel with good buffet breakfast. Rooms are great and spacy. It locates in the heart of the city. It is very easy to get around. The hotel is under Thai management and offers Asian and western foods. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager Kris is absolutely fantastic. I will certainly stay there again next time when I visit Thimphu."

"Bhutan is timeless journey and staying here at Le Meridien in the heart of Thimphu is wonderful. The staff are beyond gracious and kind and always at your service. From here you can walk around Thimphu and see and touch and feel the safety and enjoyment of a land where the people live as one family. "Awesome place to stay! Staff is friendly and in a great location - walkable to the craft bazaar, Clock Tower Plaza, Textile Museum, bars and restaurants. Some things are showing signs of wear and tear, but not a deal breaker. No A/C, but there’s a ceiling fan that does the trick."

Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn ."

Hotel itself, if very clean, rooms are spacious and have all required things. Beds are great, washrooms and bedrooms are super clean and have great attention to detail.
