“Great location. Great staff. Clean room. Good food”

“The room was very spacious. The staff was incredibly kind. Thimphu is small enough you can walk everywhere. If you do a hike or anything they’ll make you a “to go” box. My ONLY complaint is you can hear noises outside, but if you are a heavy sleeper it will be fine. Wonderful hotel.”

“Services are not at par with the price. WiFi connection was always unstable and particularly the food was not to the standard of a 5 star hotel. ”

“不丹人都很nice，前台服务员服务周到。可以远远的看到大佛，床挺舒服，洗澡是浴缸，设计不合理，水会在浴缸两侧流到地上，WIFI速度较慢。只要住在市中心晚上应该都能听到狗叫声，对狗叫声比较敏感的建议带耳塞。不过房费很便宜，也不能要求太多，总之还是比较满意。”

“The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The serve good quality coffee and has a trained barista. The only downside is some of the rooms heating isn’t working at all. ”

“I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn .”

“We had a fantastic stay at Phuntsho Khangsar. It was a lovely spacious room with a beautiful location overlooking Thimpu City. We had the view of the famous Buddha statue straight from our balcony. The highlight of the place was the staff who were very warm and offered excellent service. Mr Tshering the Operations Manager was always ready to help. In fact the owner Mr Namgay was also great at conversation. Also the property is located slightly away from the main city centre yet getting cabs in……
