The hall carpets were filthy. The room furniture is falling apart with gouges and missing handles. The vanity mirror had only 1 bulb, 2 were missing. No hairdryer. The sheets and spread were dirty. One of the staff who was on duty (Sylvia, I think) was very helpful in trying to help us come up with alternatives, but being told by someone else that there were cribs when there weren't was pretty crummy. Breakfast was ok not much on choices. Waffle, cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, and lots of sweet toppings. Room was old and didn’t have any table lamps only one porch light they had hung on the ceiling . All the plugs were loose . Microwave did not work . Gum was stuck on the top of the headboard. They advertise hot breakfast eggs sausage etc. they had none of that . Even the coffee that was made was Luke warm from the night before . No microwave to warm it up. Guess you get what you pay for .
