“It's too expensive！”

“This is a difficult review to write because the property itself had a lot of charm, and the neighborhood was fantastic. But that’s not enough to deal with roaches. My experience was significantly impacted by pest issues. I checked in after 6:00 PM and immediately saw a roach. I contacted management right away by phone and email and provided photos and videos. Because there was a major festival in the area, I was unable to find alternative accommodations that evening. Later that night, after……

“Good place for a reasonable price in an amazing area. It's nothing special, but it is fun and clean. Just a small studio. It is in a super walkable and fun area though.”

“The room was super dirty and there were bugs on the floor under table and looked like blood spots on the sheets from possible bed bugs, sheets weren’t put on the bed correctly chips and dirt on the floor and in corners and everywhere didn’t feel clean at all to the point we didn’t unpack we just ordered a new room and left. Would not book again or recommended to anyone else”

“We drove to the neighborhood where the apartment was located and instantly felt that the neighborhood was not safe and decided to leave. We did not even check into nor return to the apartment. I felt we did not get an accurate depiction of the neighborhood from the online description of the location of the apartment.”
