“The property manager was awesome! He answered every question and request in a very timely manner. The house was set up great for our family. Everything we needed was already there, so packing was much easier than in years past. My only complaint was parking and getting in and out of the driveway. We had 3 vehicles there, so parking was very tight, and the area is quite congested, so getting out of the driveway wasn’t easy.”

“Bella Vista was phenomenal. The home was beautiful and fully equipped. Views were breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony. The extras were countless. Stan was very responsive. He was available to meet any needs or answer questions readily. One our favorite vacations! We Will definitely return to make more memories.”

“Great location, beautiful neighborhood! Just a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to all the local shops. We rented e-bikes and that was definitely the best way to get around. Easy checkin process and close parking. We enjoyed the constant ocean view tremendously. Great, clean property. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay and was impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. The check in process and communication with the owner was top notch. It was nice to be within walking distance to great restaurants and beach accesses. I was really happy to be able to have an umbrella and chairs available for use it made our stay so much more affordable and truly enhanced our visit. I would 100% recommend staying here.”

“This was our first time visiting 30A, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved being able to ride the golf cart around, and the location was perfect close to great restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach! The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything even smoother. We’d definitely stay here again!”
