“Our family of four recently stayed at Villa Nicole. The listing details and photos were very accurate and the unit was very clean and well-appointed. We had a small issue with the AC, which the property manager addressed immediately. Property management communication was very good. We highly recommend Villa Nicole.”

“Property has a cute pool where you can hang in the afternoon after the beach or shopping. The location is a 5 minute car ride to terrific beaches. You can walk your dog 2-3 streets east toward the waterway near or on Palm Trail and the area is beautiful and friendly. The property manager, CJ, is terrific and responded within minutes to a couple minor questions and issues. ”

The private pool was delightful and the perfect temperature where you could just walk/jump right in. The house is in a great location to walk to all the restaurants and nightlife on Atlantic Avenue in Delray. “This was a wonderful stay! Property is exactly as listed. Quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from the beach. The pool was well maintained and the house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Owner was very responsive and even brought us new beach chairs and an umbrella after we informed them the others were damaged. High recommend and would stay again! ”
