"Had all the facilities we needed and was 5 minutes from the town centre. very convenient - did not use swimming pool - surrounding did not look inviting. other than this was a good place to stay for Merritt Island"

"Easy to find and once we went in, it was exactly as it was pictured and more! The kids loved the swimming pool. Lots of room for all of us! Not too far from attractions. Game room was a plus for the older kids and adults. Only reported a couple of things and they were reconciled quickly. Either that day or the next. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this to others!!!! Thank you again for sharing your house with me and my family!"

"We treated our children to our 50th anniversary vacation to have all the Grandkids together. We are scattered about and some haven’t seen one another in a year or more! My Grandkids had the best time, the looks on their faces when they saw the game room and the theatre was priceless!! They were perfect, didn’t fight, literally said they were going to miss one another, asking to stay longer and my youngest Grandson who will be 4 in Aug. asked to stay 5 more days!!! Lol..it was PERFECT!!! My sons...

"We stayed in the most beautiful villa. Well appointed with new furniture a lovely deck with BBQ over looking the Pacific Ocean. We are looking to book again and invite a couple more friends. Rimas was a great host and was available to answer any questions we had about the island, what to do for fun and the best restaurants."

"We have stayed in villas on previous trips and Paradise Woods was on a par with the high standard of others we have stayed at. What made this booking different was the speed of communication with the host Paul. On the odd occasion i had a query the response was back normally within 24 hours if longer always an apology for the delay. As i say the villa was of a high standard and close to the main roads leading to Disney and the rest of the attractions. This was our granddaughters ( 8 & 10)...
