2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment unit was clean, open, fresh with lots of light. Perfect location for us as we would walk to the French bakery for coffee and pastries to start the day, and then walk to the beach. Close to Pineapple Grove and all Delray Beach has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay! Accommodations were lovely and host was very responsive. Apartment was in a great location—walkable to Atlantic Avenue shops, dining, and beach access. Parking was easy. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rebook for future visits.

The interior of the condo was pristine clean and tastefully decorated. Rating 5\. Location great for beaches, eating out and Tatimg: 5entertainment. , it did not have a dishwasher or washer and dryer in the condo. The were washer and dryers ( coin operated) on the second floor. In all fairness we did not check to make sure the condo had them as it is our experience that condos come equipped with such / especially for a beach vacation. No written information or instructions were provided. Could only use one of three tv’s - no instructions. Have to use your own memberships. Outdoor lighting for steps almost non existent. Outdoor areas provided but not well presented. A bit shabby. Rating: 3

#### Del Rey ocean Breeze

Good vibes the whole stay!!! We highly recommend this rental. The location is ideal, in a gorgeous neighborhood, safe, walking distance to the beach. The home is super clean and has very nice modern decor. The bathrooms are really clean and I especially love the updated shower . The sofa is super comfortable with a soft warm blanket you could fall asleep on. The unit has everything you need for the beach and cooking. You can really tell the owners took the time to layer in so many loving touches to make the vacation feel cozy. I loved the softness and luxurious feel of the sheets, towels and blankets ,

#### Friends Trip

Property was clean, quiet, and in an amazing location! Having beach chairs and towels available was a major plus, and the space in the house was perfect. We had a group of 4, but the pull out couch was so comfortable there is space for more. Overall an amazing experience.

#### Luxurious Condo

Luxurious condo spotless with many upgrades. Very comfortable beds and lots of living space. Was a little walk to breach but easy. Highly recommended.

We stayed there for one week to spend time with our children and make meals together and walk the strip and go to the beach.
