"I did not get the tent I reserved. The description for the 10-day reserved indicated it had a lake view as well as a toilet. Having a toilet was very important to us; it is the primary reason I booked. The lake view was a bonus I was willing to pay extra for. However, the tent we were assigned to had neither of these.
