"There was no written information in our room regarding amenities on site.
Room was not clean enough for early check-in, (this was address and early fees waived)
No info was posted in our room, regarding window cleaning on our 2nd morning.
Tides restaurant has a good dinner menu.
Room prices could be lower for services offered."
"Door lock had to be "re-programed" as it didn't work. TV did not work, maintenance was in the room trying to get it to work for quite awhile. Hot tub was cold (due to maintenance which happened every day according to staff) pool was suppose to be heated - it was cold. We had booked here one night to enjoy the "amenities" and did not get what we "over" paid for."
