We had a reservation for 5 days. So they was going to put us up stairs. Which would have been fine. But I ended up on crutches a d unable to go upstairs safely because of no elevator. They got us a room on first floor. All the staff was very kind and helped us when needed

The room was comfortable and mostly clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were a few mystery stains on the wall. The hot breakfast was a microwaveable frozen omelet and waffles. The options for breakfast were limited. The front desk staff was kind, courteous, and helpful.

The shower pressure was absolutely amazing and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t get the room we reserved, but the manager went above and beyond to make it right. The breakfast wasn’t very good at all. For the hotels in a great location close to a Walmart and Hy-Vee and Godfather’s down the street Yum. The pool was very small, but it was warm and the hot tub wasn’t working.

The room was recently updated. The property was very well kept. My kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub. The cleanliness of our room could use some work - we found old food in our fridge left by the previous guests. The ceiling of our bathroom looked like it was covered in spitballs. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. If you are a fan of a good continental breakfast, I would definitely look elsewhere.

The employee that checked us in was wonderful. She was beyond helpful. We arrived flustered and she made check in smooth. Hotel was clean-the only thing that was odd was a pen found in plain sight on the ground when we got in our room. One of the dispensers in the shower was broken off -I believe it was replaced incorrectly as there were two conditioners instead of shampoo. Our door did not shut fully when closing the door-you have to pull hard on the handle to ensure it locked. Unfortunately we didn’t realize this until we left and returned several hours later. Overall a good hotel. Would stay again in the future.
