There were 6 of us in the group and we had plenty of room. The yard was so inviting with so many comfortable spots to relax and catch up together. The hot tub was nice and clean. Excellent temperature. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen and the upstairs balcony were so nice to gather and chat with our morning coffee. It was so gracious of the hosts to provide coffee pods and a few other essentials. The location of the house was perfect for us, as the main reason for our trip to Colorado was a concert at Red Rocks. It only took us 15 minutes to get home after the concert. The property was perfect for us. Great neighborhood location close to a park. The house was full of kids toys, books, high chair and pack n play which helped so much! We are 7 women who have been friends for 60 years. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and sitting areas for everyone. The hot tub was big enough for all of us and we used it every day. The location was perfect to get to all of the places that we visited. We didn’t have any kids with us but the house had everything that families would need. A great house in a really nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. ##### ann s. It was a great place, close to everything but not in a crazy busy area. The outdoor space was awesome. We spent most of our time on the patio areas. I would say the only thing that wasn't 100% accurate was one of the beds is an inflatable mattress, which I didn't realize, although it did work out well. ##### Amanda B. This house says welcome home when you walk through the front door. The decor is charming and the Colorado punch is imaginative and goes with the barn doors and other touches. We had family members staying in other short term rental properties, since we all had gathered for a wedding, and ultimately, they came over to hang out, and we ate several meals together. It was nice to have so many different places to hang out, inside and out. Folks enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean, especially the kitchen. The little extra's like snacks, bottle of wine, box of items in case something was forgotten were appreciated. The house was also very convenient to the different venues we traveled to around the south side of Denver. Highly recommend this house if you have a good size group of people! This location was aboslutely perfect and it was actually in the same neightborhood they lived in our entire lives. It was so special being back in the area and reminiscing on all the amazing memories we had of them. We had cousins come in from out of state and from around the area to share special memories and stories about our grandparents. Communication about our event and the amenities was exceptional! Plenty of space for making our HUGE italian meal, and plenty of space to sit for conversation without feeling crammed. The kids loved all the hidden gem toys, and the space to run outside. The location is very convenient with a multitude of nearby stores, restaurants and gas stations for last minute necessities. Thank you so much Kia and Rob for allowing us to enjoy such a special moment together in this home! You all have done a phenomenal job of cleanliness and coziness.
