Great place!
I have stayed at my fair share of vacation rental properties and I've gotta say this one is at the TOP. Amenities were exactly as listed. Everything in the apartment was top-notch; clean, great quality, comfortable. Jay, the host, was friendly and very helpful. We were basically snowed-in and didn't get out to our concert, but we weren't too upset about it. Jay even offered us extra time to check out in case the snow impeded our departure. This property is top on our list for a return visit.

Absolutely incredible!
The best VRBO experience we’ve ever had bcse of hosts, Jay and Susan. Communication was immediate, thorough and kind. The condominium was spotless, modern and well cared for. A generous welcome basket and thoughtful note greeted us upon first entering the condominium. Also, we were welcomed with a beautifully decorated and lighted table top Christmas tree. Tasteful Christmas decorations were discretely place all around. The kitchen was well equipped, spotless and small chalk boards placed on the counters providing valuable information about the kitchen and composting. The amenities were thoughtful and abundant. The condominium was centrally located in Golden and very close to our daughter providing very easy travels for our family. We loved our visit and will definitely stay with Jay and Susan again. They are five star hosts along with their beautiful and comfortable condominium.

A "Golden" Experience
Much appreciation!! How lucky am I that this delightful condo was available for a three-night, mid-week period when I found myself in surprise (and semi-desperate) need of modern, esthetically pleasing (I’m a sucker for clean lines and high ceilings), and calm digs in Golden. The hosts’ description of the amenities and other attributes is spot-on, but I’ll add that it is effectively wired with a comfortable workspace, is welcomingly quiet, notably peaceful, sports a great kitchen area and washer/dryer set-up (yes, I had to do a load of laundry?!), and is also relaxingly safe, warm, cozy but spacious, and in a super convenient ‘close-to-heart of Golden’s-center’ location. And may I also mention that one of my favorite Natural Grocers in Colorado is currently nearby, too? (so cool). Anyway, I needed to efficiently navigate some impromptu personal and professional schedules based out of this part of the world, and this place looked like it would check all the boxes. It did and then some!! I cannot be complimentary enough about this condo or its gracious, accessible hosts (Jay and family, thank you – such excellent instructions and thoughtful touches, too). I already love Golden. I love it that much more, now!
