Dirty/unsafe

This hotel had garbage scattered both inside and outside. The hallways and elevator were filthy. The side door was propped open with a rock allowing anyone to come in. The first floor had a door labeled stairs however it was locked, the 3rd floor location for the stairs didn't seem to exist?? They should definitely have more stairs, or atleast stairs available? The room was somewhat cleaner than the rest of the hotel and was nice, if properly cleaned. That staff were decent I definitely think they need more staff to properly take care of what could be a great place.

Dirty

The hotel was dirty, there was always trash in the hallways and in the elevator. It was difficult to find staff members to help or even answer questions

Trash dumps are cleaner !

We just stayed at the Aurora Co. location and it was a dump. Room stunk even with air fresheners we had to buy to try to cover up the order of mold and mildew. TV was terrible with dark and fuzzy reception. Asked to have it replaced but never heard back from the front office. Hallways smelled of cigarettes daily. Grab and go breakfast was always grossly understocked. Apparently they were having some work done at the hotel so the construction guys felt it was okay to hangout but n the parking lot after hours and drink beers and smoke and not just cigarettes. We were there for a softball tournament and my 13 year old daughter never felt safe with these grown men watching her. Parking lot was littered with beer cans, booze bottles and cigarette butts every morning. We even came out to some guy dressing himself with pants partially down one morning. Disgusting. My kids had to turn their faces away. Bottom line we will never stay at another Extended Stay. I will be contacting their corporate office to file an official complaint.

Terrible customer service. Rooms in bad shape

Always struggled getting someone at front desk and when you did they weren't much help. Stayed 3 days with 4 kids and couldn't get clean towels or extra sheets. So it was a struggle

Crummy

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The hotel is obviously old and not adequately maintained.
Trashy place. Poor housekeeping. I didn't get the room I wanted - I wanted 2 Queen size beds but got one King size for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Poorly maintained property. Fire alarm went off on the morning of departure - fire truck showed up and then it was determinined to be a false alarm - elevator was still disabled when we went to check out. Continental breakfast but they didn't keep the coffee dispensers refilled - we went to a restaurant for breakfast. Television performance was terrible. Certainly overpriced. We'll never stay there again.

All I got to say not worked staying duty sheets ,carpet,bathrooms not what I was expecting out of the kids nd of hotels it look like a road side motel

Hotel was nasty. Couldn't walk around without shoes, stuff all over the ground. Falling apart - no cover on vent in bathroom, corner cover falling off, and overall disgusting. Halls aren't even labeled - overall we will never stay here or a place like this again. When we got home we had to wash every single thing we had in the hotel - it was so gross.

Close to the airport, acceptable stay.

Wasn't a terrible stay, but could be better maintained. Room was cleaner than the hotel, thankfully. Some guest don't seem to respect the hotel and it seems a bit understaffed or not cleaned thoroughly.

Hotel lobby and elavtor needs a good cleaning.

Hotel lobby carpet was dirty and floor. Looks like they clean once a month. Windows need to be clean. Hallway carpets need to be vacuumed. Elavtor needs to be cleaned. Ever time I went is there was garbage on the floor was afraid to touch the buttons.
