The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive. While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay. The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.
