This 3 floor home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 dining & living rooms with sofa beds, piano, 1 full kitchen & wrap around deck, outdoor kitchen picnic area, Jacuzzi, and sport-court. Only 3 minutes away from hiking and biking trails, 5 minutes to Boetcher Mansion, Country Club, 10 minutes to Golden and Red Rocks Amphitheater, 25 minutes to Denver, 45 minutes to the first of over 10 ski resorts!
