Short walk to local restaurants 11 min to Downtown Denver 12 min to Ball Arena & Bronco Stadium 20 min to Boulder 25 min to Denver airport Minutes away from 3 major highways The space It’s a single family home entirely to yourself. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and a third bedroom has two twin beds for your comfort. There is plenty of parking and a fenced back yard to offer privacy. Guest access You have access to the main level, front and back yard. The non-occupied basement is currently unavailable.
