Fantastic

Had a great time the place was centrally located for all the things we had been planned. Nice safe and very clean place. The owner was amazing about responding to any questions or concerns I had. Definitely will be staying here again.

Weekday stay in Lakewood

This was a great location to go to Meow Wolf, downtown Denver, and out to Red Rocks. Would stay here again!

Great price and convenient location

We were only on Denver for a few nights and enjoyed our stay here. Just a short drive into the city. Sloane Lake is also lovely and very close!

Edgewater Stay

This property is in a great spot minutes away from the Edgewater Public Market and Sloan's Lake. Perfect size for a single person or couple who just needs a bed while exploring Denver.

Exactly what we were looking for

The location is perfect for those coming to visit Denver. A short distance to downtown, but still far enough away to not be dangerous as some areas can be. Cody was super nice and down to earth! Would love to stay again.

Sloan lake stay

Very satisfied with property and stay. Room was clean, large room with large bathroom and closet. Outside of complex was somewhat dated and could use sprucing up. But for the price, was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to downtown Denver

This place looks just like the pictures and description is accurate. The owner was great and responded promptly to my questions. The exterior of the building is in need of repairs and it’s not the best part of town. It’s close to Denver though so it’s a trade off. We did have some dogs barking and people yelling and making noise over the weekend

Lovely Stay Every Time

So far have stayed here twice - It is spacious, conveniently located to Red Rocks, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Cody is a great host, would stay again!

Check neighborhood safety score

I would highly recommend checking the neighborhood safety score before booking this property. I was woken up at 3:00am Sunday morning by yelling in the parking lot (not the first occasion). When I looked out the window, I saw 5 homeless people roaming the parking lot. I couldn’t fall back asleep after this from worrying our car would be broken into. The neighbors were out drinking, smoking marijuana, and left garbage outside. The place smelled like cigarettes and marijuana from the window AC unit bringing the smell from outside indoors. The upstairs bedroom lock was not usable because the lock was on the outside of the door. The host was great and the property itself was clean, however I did not feel safe in this location. I feel like the description of the property location was misleading.

Great place to stay

I was looking for a place to stay while in town for work and this place worked out fantastic. Nice area with separate entrance. Hot plates let me do some meals there. The area is also close to the lake and close to a lot of food, which was fun to try. Best Ramen I have had in the states at Asuka.
