Staff was friendly. Towels were thin. Room smelled off - like fish - asked to move rooms and same smell so not sure if from a cleaning product they use or what. When moved rooms we were right over patio and it was loud. Thankfully we were able to set the fan to continuous which blocked the noise.

I spent 2 nights at this hotel. This first night I was here I found a pillow with blood on it in my bed. I called very down to the front desk in a very calm and respectful demeanor letting the gentleman know that I had found blood on my pillow and I was wondering what they could do for me. He immediately discredits my claim saying nope that’s just hair dye, no way it’s blood. Then tells me to bring it down to the front desk if I want a new pillow.. As if I were not already very upset about the situation the staff member showed no remorse, sympathy, or respect to me, also making me come down to the front desk rather than sending someone up. I do not recommend this hotel. Go elsewhere and sleep with peace knowing you won’t find blood on pillow that you’re supposed to be putting your face on.

Overall are stay at this Quality Inn location was ok. All of the staff that myself and my family interacted with were nice and professional. The breakfast was good and had several options. I also liked that there was coffee and water available in the lobby at all times. I will say that there were several negatives. The biggest was the lack of communication during check-in. Due to a delayed flight, myself and family did not get in until after 12:15am(whish is the last time the shuttle runs). Upon arrived the check-in process was quick, which was nice as we were tired, but the employee who checked us in did miss informing of us of many notable things. Some of these things were: telling us how to request a shuttle when it was time to check out(the shuttle has a different schedule in the morning than it does in the afternoon/evening). I know that there is a disconnect with communication because while waiting on the shuttle at check-out, I heard the front desk staff tell several guest how to go about requesting a shuttle. The employee also never informed us that we had to request for our room to be cleaned by housekeeping. I am use to a room being cleaned daily unless otherwise requested, but this is not the case with Quality Inn. When I brought this to the front desk's attention, I was informed that this information is listed on the website, but it would be nice to be told this information by the hotel staff at check in. Lastly, the room could use a thorough cleaning.

My daughter got bit the first night but thought she was just having an allergic reaction since she’s allergic to a lot of things, but we both got bit the last night…still don’t know by what bc I called myself checking for bed bugs, and we slept with a light on after the first night. Indoor pool was cold as ice. Best thing was free shuttle and good breakfast with several options.
