This private suite is located on the lower level of my home and has its own separate entrance and a private concrete patio—perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding with a view. Accessing the unit requires going up/down multiple steps from the exterior of the property. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire suite and private patio. Please avoid going up the concrete stairs with planters, which lead to my personal outdoor space.

During your stay, you may see me coming and going from the front door or garage, but I will not be in your space at all. I’ll be available via messages, but please avoid calling my cell, even though it’s listed in your trip details. I have a manager, Anh, whose contact info I’ll share once your booking is confirmed. You can reach out to her for any issues that may come up. Both Anh and I monitor messages, so one of us will always respond to your inquiries within an hour, if not sooner.
Please note :
Safety: The patio has an unfenced drop-off — not recommended for guests with small children.
Please pull the curtains gently. They glide smoothly, but may catch at the rail connections.
House Rules:
No Animals: This is a strict no-animal unit due to allergies.
Shoes off at the door.
Always latch the glass storm door to prevent damage from wind.
No food on the bed.
The property line ends at the exterior steps and concrete path leading to the unit. Please be mindful not to trespass onto the neighbor’s property, starting at grassy area at the end of the steps. However, if you’d like to tour their garden, they’re usually happy to share it! You can often find them working in the garden most mornings to midday, so feel free to ask for permission.
The HVAC room is located behind the door at the end of the vanity area. In the event of an emergency, maintenance, or repair, I may need to access this space. I’ll always do my best to give you as much notice as possible to avoid intruding on your stay.
