Owners occupy lower walk-out unit with separate entrance on the back side of the house. The garage is OFF limits. We are only a phone call or text message away. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70\. There are plenty of ride share options in this area to get where you want to go. Reach out to your host should you need more information. This is the MAIN LEVEL unit. The homeowners live downstairs. They, may or may not be there when you are staying at the house. There is a completely separate entrance for the lower level, so if the homeowners are present during your stay they will not have access to your space. We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500\. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy. Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $100 per dog pet fee, please be sure to add them to your reservation if they will be joining you!
