This Destin vacation rental beats the competition leaving you with a vacation win! The peaceful ambiance accented by eye-catching wall décor; the upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and unique tile-work throughout promise smooth sailing for your next Destin vacation. Plus, the convenience of a full laundry room, a private beachfront balcony, a wetbar and a lovely Primary suite overlooking the Gulf make it so easy to catch that perfect wave, catch some sunshine and then catch some Zzzzzs. Jade East also has plenty of amenities to keep you as busy as you’d like to be- a grilling area for family cookouts, gated entry to keep your deeded beach access private, a fitness center plus tennis and basketball courts. To top it all off, the location of Jade East is in the center of Destin near all the fun! Big Kahuna’s Waterpark is across the street and more than enough restaurants, shops and golf courses are either within walking distance or a short car ride away. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. This was our second condo we stayed in during our 10 night stay in Destin and it had an odor when arriving. I recommend some sort of air freshener that would be neutral to all and not bothersome. Ceiling fan in second bedroom did not have a remote so you could not leave it on and have the fan on. I recommending replacing it or providing a box fan. Light over wet bar did not work either. Washer and dryer were very old but still work. With all the money made from rentals I recommend replacing with an updated pair. It appears the washer was leaking in the tray it was sitting in. Dishes were also chipped, replace with new. No cookie sheets visible in the unit. Second bath needs a bit of a remodel, shower, toilet paper holder (rusted) shelf over back of toilet very dated. All carpet should be ripped out of condo and replaced with tile. No one wants to walk on old worn carpet. Unit 330 was quite comfortable. The dryer was in need of updating as was the refrigerator's ice machine but other than that it was perfect for our week.
