My only issue is parking that even if you get 2 passes if some one else takes your space you have to park by the tennis courts and walk and with 3 kids I was not a big fan of never having a parking in the front. It should atleast be one per unit and the guest can park to the side. It is close to the beach and yet allows some quiet time or time at the pool while still having plenty of space in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. We left a day early. Just FYI to pass along to house keeping. The floor needs to be mopped. Apparently it hasn’t been mopped In quite a while. I took a shower and was walking around the apartment barefoot. After being out of the shower for about 10 minutes I sat down to put my on my shoes and my feet were black from walking around barefoot. We swept the floor and cleaned up before we left but I did not mop. Also I tried using the vacuum that was in the master bedroom. I vacuumed the bedroom and switched plugs and couldn’t get it to turn back on so we just used to broom to sweep the apartment. It could be that I didn’t have a light switch flipping and that’s why it didn’t work, I don’t know. Also the shower in the master bath really needs to be cleaned. There is a lot of mold growing on the inside of the shower right where you step into the shower. The frame on the outside of the sliding door is also covered in black mold. We loved the condo and the location. Would like to stay with your company again but the cleaning issue should really be addressed.
