The pool is scheduled to be heated beginning March 15-April 30, 2026\. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "The place was exactly as described. The fenced in yard and being animal friendly was great for our family. The neighbor good was quiet and there was a couple cool spots within walking distance to grab dinner." We couldn't have found a better place. The house was quiet, clean, roomy, and had everything needed for us to stay comfortably for 3 nights. Getting Around: Very walkable with several restaurants at a 3-5 min stroll. A vehicle is needed for activities like shopping, golf, and nightlife. It was spacious, thoughtfully decorated, clean, and everything was in good working order. It was nice to be able to walk our dog around the block and to the Shore at Crystal Beach entrance (no dogs allowed on the beach). The hosts were easy to communicate with and were welcoming and attentive. The kitchen was fully stocked and they supplied toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, soap and detergent where you didnt have to go out and buy any. House was very clean and cozy. We had two small dogs and the backyard was perfect size. They supplied kids games and even though we didnt have kids, I loved the puzzles! They supplied all beach equipment, even a buggy. Management was very easy to communicate with. We had 5 adults a 6 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. I looked at so many properties before I booked this one and I don’t think I could have made a better choice. The layout was absolutely perfect and the location could not have been better. Being able to take a short walk to the beach was so great. The house had everything you could ever need. We loved all the games and toys they had for the kids, and adults. The place was quiet and walking distance to the beach but also close enough to get to the action of Destin if needed. We rented bikes which I highly recommend. Susan was very helpful and quick to respond to needs of our group. The place was definitely kid friendly with tons of games, pack and play, crib and beach toys. Beds were comfortable and the space is bigger than pictured. This was a great place for us to spend a few days near the beach and visit with our daughter who attends college nearby. The home was clean and provided ample space for my family, my parents and my daughters. The home provides a nice size kitchen with many choices for seating. The outdoor area gave us room to relax outdoors. We really enjoyed how the walk to the beach was only 5 mins and the home provided all the beach gear we needed. The hosts were always available for communication. All of the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the kitchen & living room. House was very well stocked with towels, toilet paper, etc. Communication with host was very fast and friendly! We had an amazing time staying at this property! 7 nights of pure bliss. The home is beautiful, extremely roomy, the amenities were spot on in this home, easy check in and check out process and when I needed them I would text Susan and Mitch and they would respond so quickly and so easy to communicate with and absolutely flexible. We would absolutely stay here again 1000 times! This beautiful home is well cared for and comes with everything you need inside and out! All the rooms are spacious. The master king mattress was excellent. We enjoyed the beach off of Hutchinson daily and the wagon provided helped us with the 5-10min trip down the path to sidewalks. We biked mornings in the local neighborhoods. Coastal scenic 98 has paths for bikes and the neighborhoods were not busy (Oct stay). NOTE: to get anywhere in-town required heavy traffic for bikes. PLUS: Essentials such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish/dishwasher soap, towels, were provided. Kitchenware is plentiful and there is plenty of seating. Comfortable entry (one step) – ranch style home. Quiet neighborhood (October stay). Pool is very close (closed due to fire damage during our stay). Thank you to our gracious hosts for your welcoming contacts via the app/emails, all the great home information/rules/parking etc provided on the website and for being available for our questions via phone promptly. The house was the perfect size for us (6 adults and 2 teens). Everything was clean, comfortable and tasteful. The proximity to the beach was AMAZING. It was so convenient to use the little wagon to haul our gear to the beach without having to worry about finding a parking space. The large dining table was also perfect for our large group to gather around meals and/or games. So much space for this ranch. We had seven of us in the house and it was plenty of room. Each room is unique. Superb for families. Great communication with the owner as well. So close to the beach and the rest of what Destin has to offer. We absolutely loved it here. We decided we needed an adventure from our every day retirement life. We went on VRBO and found Clipper Cove. What a find! When we drove into the subdivision and opened the door to the cottage, we were blown away! Everything was wonderful. The house included every item we needed plus. The beach not far away is spectacular. We have never seen such white sand and clean, clean water. There is nothing on the beach but sand and wonderful birds.
