  • Welcome to your home away from home! This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo overlooks the stunning Harbor, offering breathtaking views and a serene escape. Whether you're enjoying the vibrant fireworks or relaxing with a glass of wine during sunset, the expansive deck with a grill provides the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments
    This beautiful updated condo offers modern comforts and thoughtful touches to ensure a comfortable stay.

    Nestled by the Harbor, this condo offers unbeatable views and easy access to nearby attractions, dining, entertainment. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled stay, this location has it all.

    Bedroom: Features a custom-built queen bed with convenient storage drawers, electric fireplace for cozy evenings, and a smart tv for your entertainment.
    Livingroom Area: Relax on all leather furniture, including a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra quests. Turn on fireplace while watching your favorite show.

    Kitchen: Oversized and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom ice maker, plenty of cooking spices, utensils, and more- ideal for preparing your favorite meals.

    Bathroom: Recently updated with contemporary finishes.
    Laundry: Full size washer/dryer
    Beach Service- 2 chairs and 1 umbrella
    Free WIFI and smart tv for streaming your favorite shows.

    Pets are allowed. A $150 nonrefundable fee. They have to show proof of rabies vaccination and the security shack charges $10 per dog. No cats allowed or other animals.

    Do not bring trailers, U-hauls, jet ski trailer or boats as they will be towed without notice.

    I do a complete inventory count on check out day. Please be respectful and keep in mind that I do provide kitchen essentials. Please be kind and leave these items for next guests' use. If any items show up missing on check out day, I will deduct replacement costs from your security deposit.

    Golf Cart- There is a golf cart that can be rented with this unit. We do need to see proof of driver's license, proof of insurance and also a release that you are held liable for any damage to the golf cart, accountable for any accidents that you or others are involved in. No one under the age of 18yrs is able to drive this. Please provide an email to send over this contract. There is a $250 fee for rental of the golf cart. PLEASE MAKE SURE the golf cart is charged, cleaned and not damaged .

    Release of liability must be signed before use of kayak. You Must wear a life jacket per Florida Law. Minors must be with an adult.

We love this unit! I’ve been staying at SPC for 35 years and this unit is now my favorite. We enjoyed the harbor view from the balcony and ate several meals out there. It was our dog’s happy place the entire trip. The size of the unit was perfect for me and my daughter and very well equipped with anything we possibly needed. We greatly appreciate that it comes with beach service (2 chairs and umbrella). Communication with the owners was quick and easy. They are very friendly and helpful. Great location to all of our favorite restaurants in the area and we love catching the water taxi from Sandpiper Cove.

The condo was so beautifully done and cared for, I truly enjoyed the balcony with the chairs overlooking the bay. The owners were kind and quick to respond. Would most definitely recommend and will be looking into on my future trips to Destin

Lovely home for a week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was so clean, the golf cart made getting around a breeze. Condo was quiet, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Loved the patio , it was a perfect spot to watch Harborwalk fireworks!

Nice location, safe condo area, easy to get to local places, clean, easy to communicate with the owners. Beach access and chairs were awesome, beach was clean, well maintained. Loved our neighborhood cardinal every morning.

We loved sandpiper cove and the condo! In a great location and was veryy up to date and clean. The golf cart and beach chairs were a great bonus and Becky was great with communicating and checking on us. Can’t wait to stay again!

Mr. Tim and Mrs. Becky are truly exceptional hosts. They are incredibly kind, responsive, and always quick to help with anything we needed.The condo was spotless, cozy, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing from the moment we walked in. The golf cart is an absolute bonus and makes getting around so much fun—it’s definitely a must-have feature of this rental.The location couldn't be better, with easy beach access right across the street and convenient proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. This home away from home was beautiful very clean and exactly as it was shown. Had everything we needed. The view from the deck is spectacular. Tim was so helpful and very nice. Highly recommend this cozy place for a couples getaway vacation.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a family members wedding at Kelly Plantation. Condo was perfect for out stay! The location was perfect...nestled in the back but the golf cart made it easy to get around. My kids LOVED the golf course on the property. The unit was very nice and had everything that we needed. The owners were very responsive when we had a few questions. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
